Terms and Conditions

All plants are subject to availability and exclude delivery charges

DISPATCH

We dispatch at all times of year. In times of severe weather we will withhold dispatch until it improves and will contact you beforehand. We dispatch every week Monday to Wednesday apart from when attending major shows in which case we advise delays at top of home page.

Most plants are grown in a 9cm pot.

RETURNS

If you are unsatisfied you may return your plants in resalable condition within 16 days for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us beforehand if possible for advice. If you delay any returns please stand plants outdoors and water if necessary and pack on day of return. Any plants returned in a poor state will be subject to a charge .

You will be responsible for any postal charges and recommend you use recorded delivery or get a certificate of proof of posting.


CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel at any time on the website before entering card details. If payment has been made a charge of £2.00 will be made for administration costs. If the order has been packed 10% of the order value will be charged.  Once the order has been dispatched you have 7 days to return the plants in the original condition and will be responsible for delivery charges.
